The location of Pullman was perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the Prophets Mosque. Check-in was quick, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a wide variety of food. The hotel also had convenient shops and services nearby. I'll recommend this hotel.

I was drawn to the fascinating Hejaz Railway Museum, and Pullman's convenient location made it easy to explore. The high-speed Wi-Fi exceeded my expectations, keeping me connected with ease. The classic all-day restaurant offered a diverse international menu that perfectly complemented the hotel's ambiance.

we felt well taken care of by the helpful housekeeping team. the location is very close to the holy shrine, just a short walk away. the room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessities. the hotel provides a variety of food options and the breakfast was excellent. the staff, especially Zekra, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We are grateful for the great service and hospitality.

Spacious rooms with comfortable amenities. Great location near Masjid Nabawi and Quba walkway. Excellent service for guests with mobility challenges. Free and easily accessible parking. Helpful and respectful staff, especially Mr. Bander Al Harbi.
Felt like family, no complaints whatsoever.

My stay at this conveniently located hotel in Medina was nothing short of exceptional. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the manager, Mr. Adnan, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The upgraded room was spacious and the view was breathtaking. I especially appreciated the shuttle service for female guests and the ample parking space available at an affordable price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even surprised us with Eid welcome gifts. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the executive suite room was a perfect choice for our group.
Gym not in service and the staff at the reception were misinformed about it.

the hotel is impeccably clean, and the location is super close to the haram. also, it's a real bonus that they offer a free shuttle service for the women's entrance. the staff's generosity really shone through when they upgraded my room for free and threw in a complimentary breakfast too.
Totally recommend
